Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal capacity in your jurisdiction, and provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account.

GizAI routes your requests to third-party models and tools for chat, images, video, audio, documents and related features through one interface. Features, models and limits may change, be added or be removed at any time.

Outputs are produced by third-party providers whose own terms and usage policies apply to your use of the relevant model. Availability and behaviour of any model depend on those providers.

You may not use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive or abusive content, to violate others' rights, to reverse-engineer or resell the Service, or to bypass usage limits, security or the policies of underlying providers.

You retain rights to the prompts and inputs you submit and, subject to third-party model terms, to the outputs you generate. You are responsible for your inputs and for how you use generated content.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Do not rely on it as professional, legal, medical or financial advice, and apply human review before any high-impact decision.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis for the plan you select. Our order process and payments are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which is the seller of record and handles applicable taxes. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.

Where usage-based credits are offered, they are consumed as you use paid models and features. Consumed credits are non-refundable except as required by law or stated below.

New membership purchases include 14-Day Refund Protection. You may request cancellation within 14 days of purchase by contacting support. A refund is calculated for the unused portion of the period: the purchase price multiplied by the proportion of time not yet used, rounded in your favour.

You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Wholly unused purchased credits are refundable within 14 days; once consumed they are non-refundable except for billing errors or where required by law.

We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Private content is not routinely read by people; authorised personnel access the minimum necessary only for support you request, a security or abuse investigation, legal compliance or incident recovery.

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is protected by intellectual-property laws and may not be copied or reused except as permitted by these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, suspected abuse or where required by law. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time.

The Service and all outputs are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify us against claims and losses arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms or of any third-party provider policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms and will reflect changes by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
